Europe – €14 (Free over €100)
USA* – €30
Rest of the world* – €35

*Additional items incur a flat rate €5 fee as this increases the weight.

Delivery and processing timing:
Germany – 3-5 working days
Europe – 5-7 working days
USA – 8-15 working days
Rest of the World – 15-20 working days.

All packages are sent via DHL with tracking and insurance. Supplied shipping costs are accurate DHL prices. Once your item has shipped (typically within 3 days, except for busy periods or holidays – if you need your order urgently, please contact us), we will send you an order confirmation with tracking number. 

Import Duties and Taxes
Please note, delivery times may be affected by customs in your country of residence. Import duties and taxes may be charged – this is your responsibility to pay and unfortunately we have no control over this. Due to VAT regulations, we are unable to accept orders from the UK for the time being.

Packaging
All our items come in presentation boxes. Goods are carefully packaged with protective cushioning and recyclable boxes.

Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are accepted within 14 days, however, the buyer pays return postage (with tracking) and the item must be wrapped as carefully as you received it. Items must be unopened and in original, clean packaging.

To return an item, please contact us first for authorisation, with your reason for return. We will send you a postage label, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Please ensure goods are in the same condition as received. Exchanges are offered – all returned goods will first undergo a quality control check before being exchanged.

Bespoke and limited edition items are not eligible for refunds.
